Policy

Cancellation and Reschedule:

ARRIVALS
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment in order to complete all necessary paperwork without cutting into your session time. For all returning guests, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time to check in and start your service on time. We have a waiting room with beverages for you to enjoy. 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please allow at least 24 hours for appointment changes or cancellation. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service price. Please understand that time was reserved for you and it is extremely difficult to fill that time slot with little notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require pre-payment before booking. Thank you for understanding.
 
NO SHOW POLICY 
No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
 
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive less than 15 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged the full price of your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to apply the no show policy. Out of respect and consideration for your lash stylist and other customers, please do your best to be on time.  
 
FILLS
It is required that you have at least 50% of your lashes in order to meet Fill pricing. If you have less than 50%, your lash artist may recommend a Full Set, which may have to be rescheduled to a later date to allot the appropriate amount of time. If you believe you have less than 50% of your extensions, we recommend booking for a Full Set and letting your lash artist assess when you are here. 
 
MINI FILLS
Mini fills are valid within 7 days from your last appointment or when other special circumstances arise by approval. Mini fills are a service that fills in small gaps and imperfections. 
 
2 DAY RETENTION RULE
We guarantee the satisfactions of our clients and to our services provided. If you have any concerns with the services you received please let us know within 2 days  and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we are proud to offer you.
