POLICY

Memberships are optional

ARRIVALS
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment in order to complete all necessary paperwork without cutting into your session time. For all returning guests, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time to check in and start your service on time. We have a waiting room with beverages for you to enjoy. 
 
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

To reserve your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. Your payment secures your appointment time exclusively for you. We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can move your payment to a new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in the payment being forfeited. A new payment will be required to book another appointment. No additional credit card convenience fee will be charged when booking. Thank you for respecting our appointment times and cancellation policy. We truly appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you!

LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive less than 15 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged the full price of your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to apply the no show policy. Out of respect and consideration for your lash stylist and other customers, please do your best to be on time.  
 
FILLS
It is required that you have at least 50% of your lashes in order to meet Fill pricing. If you have less than 50%, your lash artist may recommend a Full Set, which may have to be rescheduled to a later date to allot the appropriate amount of time. If you believe you have less than 50% of your extensions, we recommend booking for a Full Set and letting your lash artist assess when you are here. 
 
MINI FILLS
Mini fills are valid within 7 days from your last appointment or when other special circumstances arise by approval. Mini fills are a service that fills in small gaps and imperfections. 

 

FOREIGN LASH REFILL UPCHARGE
We charge an upcharge of $25 on any lash refills If your current lashes it’s done by another lash tech or salon. For foreign fills we can accommodate the service if the current set is applied properly and blends with our technique. When you meet with your stylist they will determine if you are a good candidate for a fill. If it is determined that we cannot do a successful fill with the existing lashes, we will recommend a removal and a fresh full set.

 
2 DAY RETENTION RULE
We guarantee the satisfactions of our clients and to our services provided. If you have any concerns with the services you received please let us know within 2 days  and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we are proud to offer you.
