No Guarantee of Licensure or Employment Completion of this apprenticeship program does not guarantee licensure, certification, or employment. Licensure is granted solely by the Tennessee Board of Cosmetology and Barber Examiners upon meeting all state requirements, including but not limited to hours, examinations, and application approval. 2. Educational Purpose Only All services performed by the apprentice are for educational and training purposes only and are conducted under supervision. Apprentices understand that their skills are developing and may not reflect the quality of a fully licensed professional. 3. Compliance with Tennessee Law The apprentice is responsible for complying with all applicable Tennessee state laws, rules, and regulations regarding cosmetology, esthetics, and eyelash services. Failure to comply may result in dismissal from the program without refund. 4. Health and Safety The apprentice acknowledges the inherent risks associated with cosmetic services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, irritation, or injury. Proper sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols will be taught and must be followed at all times. 5. No Medical Claims This program does not provide medical training. Apprentices are not permitted to diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any medical or dermatological conditions. 6. Independent Responsibility Apprentices are responsible for maintaining their own insurance (if required), transportation, tools, supplies (unless otherwise stated), and personal compliance with professional standards. 7. Program Changes The program reserves the right to modify curriculum, schedule, policies, or requirements as needed to remain compliant with Tennessee state regulations.
